Heard learned counsel for parties.

It has been submitted that applicant-Acquiring Body Godawari Marathwada Irrigation Development Corporation Ltd. (GIMDC) was not party to the original proceeding dealt with by the Reference Court under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act. But, Executive Engineer Minor Irrigation Division, Latur was functioning under GIMDC, therefore, there is no necessity to move present applications seeking leave for filing appeals against Judgment and Award passed by Reference Court. The learned counsel for applicant - GIMDC further fairly, on instructions conceded that he does not want to press the present Civil Applications.
