Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he has filed present writ petition challenging the order dated 21.12.2015 passed below Exh. 79 in Divorce Petition No. A-54 of 2013 by Family Court, Aurangabad. According to him, the original divorce petition has been compromised between the parties.
