Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP appearing for the State.

At the outset learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner has already joined at the transferred place.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on 06.01.2018 the petitioner has filed the representation addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded but the said representation is not yet decided.

We direct the Chief Executive Officer to take

( 2 ) wp1013.18 the decision on the said representation as expeditiously as possible keeping in view the Government Resolution dated 18.04.2013 issued by the Rural Development Department, Government of Maharashtra and contents of application and prayers made by the petitioner. We except that such decision is to be taken at the earliest, preferably within two weeks from receipt of this order. 5.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
