Since some delay has occurred in filing the present applications, that is also sought to be condoned in the present applications. ORDER

(i) Civil Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' & 'C'.

(ii) Delay caused in filing the applications is condoned. (iii) Abatement, if any, stands set aside.
