The petitioner is the original defendant 4 in Regular Civil Suit 554 of 2018.

The challenge is to the order dated 30.11.2019 rendered by the trial Court whereby the application preferred by the plaintiff for impounding the document dated 16.03.1981 styled as "Kararnama", is allowed. 3.

Perusal of the order impugned would show that prima facie the trial Court has found that the document is insuffciently stamped. In this view of the matter, no fault can be found with the order of the learned trial Court. 4.

Needless to observe, the relevance or admissibility or evidentiary value of the said document shall be decided by
