All these petitioners are identically placed. We have considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the petitioners and the learned A.G.P. on behalf of the respondents. We have perused the orders, by which the District Collector, Beed, has directed the Sub Divisional Officer, Beed/Parali, District Beed, to initiate appropriate steps and execute his directions by following the due procedure laid down in law.

An order passed by this Court at Nagpur (Coram: Nitin Jamdar and Anil L. Pansare, JJ.) dated 26.4.2022, in writ petition No. 1078 of 2022, filed by the State Bank of India vs. State of Maharashtra and others and the order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, dated 19.01.2023, in writ petition No. 705 of 2023 and connected matters, filed by the present petitioner vs. State of Maharashtra and others, are cited before us. We deem it appropriate to dispose off all these petitions with similar directions, thereby directing respondent No.3 to execute the order passed by the District
-5Collector, Beed, dated 9.3.2022, within a period of 30 days. 3.
We are refraining from initiating action against respondent No.3 Sub Divisional Officer, Parali, District Beed, under Section 10 of the Maharashtra Government Servants Regulation of Transfers and Prevention of Delay in Discharge of Official Duties Act, 2005, in order to grant him one more opportunity for complying with the orders of the higher authorities.
