1] The present Civil Application is filed seeking leave to amend the Writ Petition.

2] The Writ Petition was filed for payment of salary as per the applicable pay band. During pendency of the Writ Petition, the writ petitioner is terminated from service. Under the present Civil Application, the applicant challenges the order of termination.

3] Mr.H.V.Patil, learned Advocate for the Municipal Corporation submits that the applicant has remedy of appeal against the order of termination before the Standing Committee.

462.22CA 4] In view of that, the applicant may avail alternate remedy. In that event, all contentions are kept open. Civil Application is disposed of.
