These Civil Applications have been filed by the original plaintiff praying for leave to execute the decree in favour of the original plaintiff.

Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the said Applications cannot be pressed in the light of the directions of the Hon'ble Apex Court and thus the Applications can, therefore, be disposed of. 3.

Considering the above, both these Civil Applications stand disposed of.
