We have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned A.G.P. appearing for Respondent-State.

We have carefully perused the Enquiry Report and we are of the opinion that, the Petition is premature and deserves no consideration at this stage. We do not wish to make further observations on merits, which would prejudice the case of the petitioner.

For the reasons aforesaid, the

Rejection of this Petition shall not be construed as an impediment to the petitioner to avail of an appropriate remedy in future, in case any adverse action is taken against the petitioner on the basis of the said enquiry report.
