The applicants are seeking regular bail in C.R. No.304/2016 registered at Vimantal Police Station, Nanded for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 324, 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Sec.34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant no.1 is the grandson and applicant no.2 is granddaughter-in-law of the deceased.

Perusal of the first information report and other material does not depict any direct attributions or actual involvement of the applicants in the crime, particularly the assault made by Madhavrao on deceased Kondyabai.

In view of above, in absence of any motive or intention to commit crime punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and the investigation in the matter is at advance stage, in my opinion, the applicants are entitled to be released on bail, as they were already subjected to custodial interrogation.

As such, the applicants be released on bail in C.R. No.304/2016 registered at Vimantal Police Station, Nanded for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 324, 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with Sec.34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon each of them furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. 6.
The applicants shall keep themselves away from the jurisdiction of Vimanltal Police Station, Nanded till completion of the trial. 7.
The applicants shall not influence the prosecution witnesses and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence. 8.
