1] Learned APP informs this court that charge sheet is already filed on 23.11.2016. It appears that this application is filed on 13.1.2017, taking exception only to crime No. 86 of 2016 registered with Shirur Kasar Police station, Dist. Beed for the offence punishable under Section 498A, 323, 504 and 506 r/w. 34 of IPC.

2] We are not inclined to accede to the prayer of the applicant for amendment of this application in view of the fact that charge sheet is filed during the pendency of this application. If the applicants are so advised, they may avail the remedy of filing application for discharge before the concerned court within two weeks from today. In case, such application is filed within two weeks, the concerned court to decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of
