Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that land of the petitioners is acquired, award is passed, however, compensation amount is not yet paid.

Mr. Manorkar, learned Advocate for the competent authority submits that the CIDCO has also raised objection and claimed compensation in respect of the same land. The said objection is pending before the competent authority.

Considering the fact that objection has been raised to the payment of compensation, the competent authority shall decide the said objection on its own merits, after hearing all the parties concerned, preferably within three months.
