DATE : MARCH 31, 2022 ORDER :- The applicant herein is original accused in FIR No.5 of 2008 registered with Osmanabad City Police Station, Osmanabad, pursuant to the order passed under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. On due investigation, the police authorities submitted "C" Summary report. The trial Court refused to accept "C" Summary report and directed the respondents herein to lead evidence. As such, there is no any order against the applicant herein, which will give him cause of action to rush to this Court.

In view of the above, the application has no cause and is, therefore, dismissed.
