We have heard Mr. Deshmukh, the learned advocate for the petitioner, Mr. Bajaj, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 1 and Mr. Shelke, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 3 to 5.

It is the contention of the respondents that, the order impugned in the present writ petition is subject matter of challenge before the Industrial Court, Thane. 3.

According to the petitioner, the respondents are not abiding by the order dated 02nd August, 2018 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court at its Principal Seat at

2 wp 6859.19 Bombay in Writ Petition No. 2116 of 2013.

In case, the respondents are not abiding by the order of the learned Single Judge of this Court at its Principal Seat at Bombay, then the petitioner has remedy to file contempt application or any other remedy as may be permissible in law. 5.

As the petitioner has already assailed the order before the Industrial Court, it will not be appropriate to entertain the present writ petition on merits. The petitioner may prosecute his remedies, which he has availed and in that regard all contentions are kept open.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
