I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition since alternate efcacious remedy is available to the petitioner by fling a Revision before the State. This legal position is not disputed. In view of the same, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy of fling Revision before the State. Upon fling such Revision, the State Government may consider the aspect of time spent in prosecuting instant writ petition before this Court for condonation of delay, if any, caused in fling the Revision.
