Heard. Perused the impugned order. I am not inclined to change my view, which I expressed earlier. The complaint is regarding unparliamentary language used against this Court in presence of police personnel and public at large. Despite this, I am not inclined to utilize power under the Contempt of Courts Act to initiate the proceedings. Hence, the Review Application stands rejected.
