PER COURT :- Since the respondent No.4 Superintending Engineer is not the authority invested with the powers to determine the amount of rental compensation under the relevant Govt. resolution, inaction on his part cannot be construed as violative of the directions issued by this Court. The contempt application tendered by the petitioner is devoid of substance.

Keeping the option of the petitioner open to tender appropriate application in disposed of Writ Petition No.8950/2012, for seeking appropriate modification in the orders, the contempt application stands disposed of.
