Leave to add Sub Divisional Officer, as party respondent in the petition. Learned AGP waives notice for added respondent. 2.

This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the respondents to take decision on the representation presented by the petitioner on 7.1.2003 under section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of six months from today, if the same has already not been decided, and, it is accordingly directed. In the event, the Collector or Sub Divisional Officer/Land Acquisition Officer upholds entitlement of petitioner to receive compensation under section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, the amount so determined shall be disbursed to the petitioners within a period of four months from the date of such decision.

With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
