Present application is moved for condonation of delay caused in preferring the appeal under section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 against the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned Tribunal.

Considering the nature of subject-matter and reasons mentioned in the application, there is no impediment to condone the delay. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The delay caused in preferring the appeal against the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned Tribunal in MACP No. 98 of 2009 is hereby condoned. Registry to take requisite steps for further process. 4.

Civil Application is allowed in above terms and stands disposed of.
