This civil application is filed by the State seeking extension of time to comply the order passed by this Court on 26th April, 2016. Six months time is sought vide the present civil application.

We have heard the learned Additional Government Pleader, for applicants and Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the non applicant.

Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the non applicant opposes application and submits that, much time has lapsed after the period stipulated by this Court is over. More than Rs. 35 Lacs are still receivable by the non applicants from the applicant.

It appears that, by private negotiations, the rates are fixed. Considering reasons given in the application, we extend the time for the State to make the payment upto 30th April, 2017. No further time would be extended. The civil application accordingly is disposed of.
