Heard Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the claim of the petitioner is rejected only on the ground that the supply of milk by the petitioners was less than the required quantity for the year 2021. Learned counsel further submits that the situation arising due to Covid-19 pandemic is not considered. In fact, the elections scheduled earlier were postponed. This aspect also ought to have been considered. 2.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. also.

The election is scheduled on 22.02.2022. All the stages in the process of election except voting are completed. 4.
