It appears that respondent nos.1 and 2 are keeping away from the process of Court and they could not be served in usual mode of service.

The learned Counsel appearing for the applicants submits that

No. 6066 of 2015 the applicants be permitted to serve respondent no.1 through paper publication in 'Daily Lokmat' in its edition published from Mumbai, and respondent no.2 through paper publication in 'Daily Business Standard' in its edition published from Bhopal (M.P.). He also seeks permission to file Pursis to that effect on record. Permission granted. 4.

Hence, applicants are permitted to serve respondent nos.1 and 2, through paper publication as indicated above. Notices be made returnable after eight weeks.
