Learned Government Pleader appearing for the State has placed on record communication issued by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jalgaon on 29.2.2016, informing that the impugned order dated 11.1.2016 has been withdrawn and the concerned authorities be permitted to take appropriate steps in accordance with the provisions of law. Writ Petition No.517/2016 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 2.

In view of withdrawal of the impugned order by the issuing authority, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition stands redressed. Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly with liberty to the concerned authorities to take appropriate steps in accordance with the provisions of law and in observance of the procedure prescribed thereunder. 3.

In view of disposal of the Writ Petition, Civil Application No.2012/2016 does not survive and same stands disposed of.
