Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit representation to respondent nos.1 to 3 for allotment/holding plot for gymnasium in N-8, CIDCO, Aurangabad. If such representation is submitted to the respondents authorities, the authorities to decide the representation as expeditiously as possible, needless to state on the merits of the representation. 2.
