The petitioner is challenging the order/communication dated 07.08.2018. Earlier when the petitioner was directed to deposit additional amount petitioner had filed an appeal before the Commissioner invoking Section 247 of the M.L.R.C. The matter was remanded. After the said remand the fresh order/communication is issued. The same also refers to the order of the Commissioner dated 31.01.2018. 2.
