The learned counsel for petitioners states that, the recovery certificate has been issued by the Labour Court and has been forwarded to the Collector for execution in December 2013, however, no steps are taken by the respondent No. 2 for execution of the same.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that, the respondent No. 2 shall take the steps in accordance with law for execution of the said recovery certificate.

In view of the statement made by the learned A. G. P. that, the respondent No. 2 shall take further steps for execution of the

2 wp 1340.15 said recovery certificate in accordance with law, we need not enter into other merits of the contentions raised by learned counsel for petitioners.

The writ petition is disposed of by accepting the statement of the learned A. G. P. The said proceedings be conducted expeditiously. The petitioners shall co-operate with the respondent No. 2 in proceeding further with the recovery certificate. We hope and trust that the respondent No. 2 would act expeditiously considering the recovery certificate issued by proceeding in accordance with law. No costs. [ V. L ACHLIYA, J. ] [ S. V.
