We are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. The order passed by us in Writ Petition No.12321/2019 dated 09.10.2019 is abundantly clear. The committee was directed to decide the proceedings within three months from the date of order and the protection was granted till the committee decides the proceedings.

In light of the above, no separate orders are necessary. Writ petition is disposed of.
