I have gone through the award passed by the Reference Court. The compensation awarded by the Reference Court is not exorbitant. Accordingly, permission is granted to the claimants to withdraw the entire compensation amount deposited in this Court subject to filing of written undertaking within a period of eight weeks from today to deposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court. The Civil Applications are accordingly allowed and disposed of.
