Mr. Gadhe, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the petitioners have filed objection under Section 3H(4) of the National Highways Act. Same is not decided and the respondent No. 2 be directed not to disburse the amount. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for the respondent No. 1. Mr. Dhongade, the learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 2.

Mr. Dhongade, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 on instructions submits that, the respondent No. 2 would decide the objection of the petitioner on its own merits, in
