This is a petition for quashing of the C.R.No.533 of 2020 registered at Ambajogai police station under sections 143, 147, 149, 323, 327, 427, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 3(1)(r) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. In this case, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that, police have fled a 'B' summary report. Copy of the report is produced before the Court. It is taken on record and marked 'X' for identifcation.

In view of this, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this application and prays for its withdrawal. 3.
