1] This is an application for condonation of delay in filing appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act. This application was admitted for final hearing by this Court by order dated 19th September, 2014. Though this application is listed in order category, with consent of parties, taken up for final hearing.

2] Perused the reasons stated in the application and Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3] Delay of 434 days in filing appeal is sufficiently explained and the averments made in the application are not controverted. Hence, no substance can be found in the arguments of learned AGP that there is no sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).
