DATED : 16 th January, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
2] This Court has already admitted Criminal Revision Application No. 5 of 2015. The present applicant is a court employee. During the trial as well as during the pendency of appeal, he was on bail and there is no complaint that he has misused the liberty granted to him. He is sentenced for a fix duration. Further, looking to the pendency of Criminal Revision Applications in this court, it is clear
crap280.15 that in near future final hearing of present Criminal Revision Application is not possible.
3] In that view of the matter, the substantive jail sentences imposed upon the present applicant in Regular Criminal Case No. 58 of 2010 by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhokar, dated 6.3.2012, together with the judgment and order, dated 19.12.2014 in Criminal Appeal No. 3 of 2012 are hereby suspended and the applicant shall be released on bail on he furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.5,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount before the trial court. The bail shall remain in force during the pendency of Criminal Revision Application. The applicant shall remain present in this court at the time of final hearing of Revision Application.
4] Criminal Application is disposed of.
