We have heard Mr. Gunale, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 2.

This writ petition was directed to be heard along with Writ Petition No. 695 of 1993 vide order dated 10th March, 2003. 3.

The Writ Petition No. 695 of 1993 is dismissed vide judgment and order dated 09.03.2005, wherein this Court held

2 wp 769.03 that the conditions laid down in Government Resolution dated 14.11.1979 and 11.08.1979 are not unreasonable and unjust. The petitioners in this writ petition are also agitating their right pursuant to the Government Resolution dated 14.11.1979. 4.

In the light of the fact that, matter in issue involved in the present writ petition has already been decided in Writ Petition No. 695 of 1993 vide judgment and order dated 09.03.2005, the grievance of petitioners needs no consideration and the same is no longer res-integra.

For the reasons stated in the judgment dated 09.03.2005 in Writ Petition No. 695 of 1993, present writ petition also stands disposed of. Rule discharged. No costs.
