Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants prays for withdrawal of the applications with liberty to file fresh applications. By inviting our attention to the the order dated 10th January, 2018, passed by the Division Bench of this Court, in Writ Petitions, he submitted that the petitions were dismissed for non-prosecution and the learned Division Bench of this Court was pleased to observe that no interim relief was granted by this Court. He further submitted that Rule was granted in the petitions along with interim order. Learned Counsel further submitted that inadvertently, this fact could not brought to the notice of the Division Bench of this Court. He, thus, submitted that he will file proper applications with appropriate prayers.

In view of the submission of the learned Counsel appearing for applicants, the applications are allowed to be withdrawn, with liberty to file fresh applications.
