Heard Mr. Rahul Tambe, learned counsel for the applicant / acquiring body. Respondents / original claimants though duly served, remained absent.

By looking to the financial difficulty of the acquiring body, it is necessary to extend the time to deposit the amount and comply the conditional order passed earlier by this Court.

O R D E R

(i) Civil applications are hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).

(ii) The applicant / acquiring body to deposit the amount as per the order of this Court dated 15.12.2020 within twelve weeks from today.

(iii) Interim relief granted earlier by this Court to continue till then.
