PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceeding is pending. The result of the petitioner's Third (1) MBBS- Summer2020 examination is withheld. According to the petitioner, the validation proceeding is pending since the year 2017.

The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 2nd February, 2021.

The committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from

(2) 42-wp-1831-2021 the date of appearance of the petitioner.

Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's Third (1) MBBSSummer-2020 examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending and in case the petitioner is eligible, the respondents may not refrain the petitioner from appearing for the further examination.

The respondents may take further steps in accordance with the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
