The Applicant prays that the Writ Petition be fixed for final hearing on an early date.

This Court is taking up old matters filed from 1989 onwards for final hearing on each Thursday. Since the instant petition is of the year 2012, it cannot be given precedence over other matters which are pending for final hearing for more than 20 years.
