Mr.Chavan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had applied seeking tribe certificate of Koli Mahadev - Scheduled Tribe. The petitioner has submitted all the relevant documents by way of evidence, however, the application is not yet decided.

The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions states that by 29.1.2017, the SDO, Osmanabad would decide the application of the petitioner.

In view of the statement made by learned Additional

Government Pleader, that SDO, Osmanabad, would decide the application on its own merits on or before 29.1.2017, no further orders are necessary. We accept the said statement. The SDO, Osmanabad, shall decide the said application filed by the petitioner seeking tribe certificate as belonging to Koli Mahadev, as per the documents filed before it on its own merits.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
