PER COURT :- By this application, the applicants pray that the legal heirs of the deceased applicant No.1-A-1 Prabhavatibai be brought on record by condoning the delay of 12 days.

We have heard the learned counsel for the respective parties. In our view, the delay of 12 days is neither inordinate, nor deliberate.

For the reasons set-out in the application, the same is allowed by condonation of delay. No costs.

The applicants shall be brought on record in the First Appeal within two weeks from today.
