Applicant - wife in Criminal Revision Application No.11 of 2016 will be at liberty to apply for modification of the order after the non-applicant gets benefit of the Seventh Pay Commission. Applicantwife is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand), which is deposited by the respondent in this Court.
