Learned Advocate Mr Golegaonkar for the petitioner submits that the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claims of the petitioner since 2013/2016 are still pending. 2.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents. 3.

In case the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claims of the petitioners are pending, then the Committee shall endeavour to decide the same expeditiously, preferably within nine months. The petitioners shall co-operate for expeditious disposal of validation proceedings. The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 5th February 2018.
