PER COURT :- 1.
The petitioner / establishment had approached this Court for challenging the inter-locutory order, dated 10.4.2000, passed
by the Industrial Court in Complaint ULP Nos. 32 to 36 of 2000, thereby granting ad-interim relief to the respondents / employees, original complainants, by directing the petitioner not to discontinue their services without following the due process of law. By a subsequent order dated 13.4.2000, passed by the Industrial Court, this direction was stayed. After the management approached this Court, the impugned orders were stayed on 29.8.2000 and the petitions were admitted.
2.
Learned Advocate for the petitioner tenders a copy of the judgment and order dated 18.4.2001, delivered by the Industrial Court, vide which, the ULP Complaints Nos.32 to 36 of 2000 were dismissed as being not maintainable before the Industrial Court. Copy of the said judgment is taken on record and marked Exhibit "X" for identification.
3.
Considering the above position, the Writ Petition Nos. 2267, 2268 and 2269 of 2000, which form a part of the same group of petitions, are taken on board, at the request of the petitioner.
4.
In view of the above, as all these petitions are rendered
infructuous and do not survive, they stand disposed off. Rule is discharged in all these petitions.
