Learned Counsel for the Petitioners makes statement that the Petitioners have sought enhancement of the compensation in another land acquisition reference arising out of the same acquisition. Thus, it is his contention that as the interest of the Petitioners can be protected in view of section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, on instructions, he seeks withdrawal of the Petition.

In view of above, Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
