Heard Mr. Hon, learned Senior Advocate, instructed by Mr. Ashwin Hon, learned Advocate for the petitioner. 2.

In response to the simple notice issued by this Court on 4th February, 2019, the learned Assistant Government Pleader invited our attention to a communication dated 14th June, 2019 forwarded to the office of the Government Pleader alongwith copy of receipt dated 30th March, 2019. Perusal of the communication shows that petitioner Yashraj Enterprises through

2 C.P. No. 68/2019 its proprietor Santosh Sampat Jagtap received an amount to the tune of Rs. 1,90,52,760/- through a cheque issued by RTGS mode on 2nd April, 2019. The receipt to that effect duly signed by the petitioner is also annexed to the communication. Copy of the communication alongwith the receipt is taken on record and markd 'X' for identification.

Mr. Hon, Senior Advocate, on instructions, fairly admitted the receipt of the amount by the petitioner. 4.

As the order of this Court is duly complied with, the grievance of the petitioner no more survives and the contempt petition is disposed of.
