The learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent No. 2 submit that, in fact matter was decided by this Court by common judgment dated 13.08.2012 passed in Writ Petition No. 4922 of 1997, Writ Petition No. 745 of 2003 and Writ Petition No. 6787 of 2004. The learned counsel for the respective parties state that, inadvertently number of this petition was not referred in the operative part of the order that is para No. 22. 2.

Mrs. Ansari, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner in the present writ petition has retired from service.

Mr. Panpatte, the learned counsel submits that, even the status quo granted by this Court in the present writ petition was vacated on 20.11.2003.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent No. 2, the present writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the order and observations made by this Court in its judgment and order dated 13.08.2012 passed in Writ Petition No. 4922 of 1997 with other connected writ petitions.
