We have heard Mr. Pawar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Boinwad, learned counsel has filed intervention application on behalf of son from the first wife as claimed by him.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner has alternate remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In view of the objection raised by the learned A.G.P., writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy.
