The applicant who is original claimant seeking withdrawal of compensation amount. It is submitted that reference court has properly appreciated the evidence on the point of sale

Perused the impugned judgment and the reasons supporting to the enhancement.

I have also assessed the factum of grant of interest from the particular date.

Having regard to this fact at present the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount on usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) and 25% on furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court. The applications stand disposed of.
