Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is filed by original claimants for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in this Court. The compensation amount awarded is Rs.14,71,700/- and now with interest the amount deposited in this Court is Rs.23,38,363/-. After hearing the parties, this Court is inclined to allow the applicants to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court along with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking to this Court. The application stands allowed and disposed of.
