Mrs.M.A.Deshpande, learned AGP, on instructions, placed on record a copy of the order dated 08.02.2019 passed by the Scrutiny Committee and submitted that though there is some delay in taking decision, the respondent Scrutiny Committee decided tribal claim of the petitioner. The claim of the petitioner is rejected. 2.

Mr.S.S.Phatale, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner admits this fact situation of decision of Scrutiny Committee and further submits that the order of the Scrutiny Committee is subject matter of the Writ Petition in this Court referred by the petitioner. 3.
