The learned Advocate for the Petitioner prays that the representation dated 09.05.2019 addressed to the District Collector Beed/Sub Divisional Officer, Parli (V) may be considered on its own merits. The learned AGP submits that the issue raised is with regard to acquisition in 1965.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 3.

Let Respondent No.2- Sub Divisional Officer/Special Land Acquisition Officer consider the said representation on its own merit and by considering the record available. Liberty to file additional documents within 10 days from today. The decision be taken within 60 days.
